Try Loan Online Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Affiliate Agreement
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Try Loan Online Affiliate B2B Program. Language used in the Agreement, "you," "your," refers to the affiliate applicant. "Site" means the World Wide Web site, and "We", "Our" refers to "Try Loan Online" World Wide Web site which serves as a network referral site. Our Logo and banner ads, text material as well as hyperlinks that we supply to our affiliates to channel consumers from your site to our site remain our property. In addition, that material can never be shared to alien sites, sister sites to promote business in any form without our written permission.
1. Enrollment information
To start the process, you will complete the application and then submit your information to our website. At Try Loan Online our Affiliate management team will evaluate your application and will notify you of its decision. We reserve the right to request more information or we may reject your application if we feel your site is unsuitable for our affiliate program. Try Loan Online reserves to right to monitor your site for business practices and also reserve the right to cancel any previous contracts at will. Websites that are not considered a match for our affiliate program are the following; any site which may contain content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene and objectionable. Websites that promote sexually explicit material, violence and any form of discrimination will also become non eligible. If for some reason you are not granted the privileged to become an affiliate partner, we encourage you to reapply again in the future. Try Loan Online reserves the right to change its policy at any given time without notice.
2. Release of client
When ever a client links from your site onto our site, that client will then become sole property of Try Loan Online.
3. Acceptance into the Affiliate program
If Try Loan Online notifies you that your site has passed and has been accepted into the program, Try Loan Online will grant you permission to copy the necessary code to start the affiliate B2B program. Along with that, you should post our hyperlink, banner material on your site as soon as possible to start taking advantage of this opportunity. Please use your best judgment when it comes to the placement of our material on your site. However, to get the best results use a page that is frequently viewed by users.
4. Sales Progress and Tracking
Try Loan Online will send out reports to detail your sales activity.
5. Release of responsibility
Try Loan Online is supplying you with advance notice that all technical issues that may arise from our B2B relationship are solely your responsibility. Our definition of what we consider technical responsibilities fall under, the development, operation and maintenance of your site. The release is effective at the submission of your agreement and will run indefinitely after our relationship has ended.
6. Commissions
Try Loan Online will pay a commissions based on the following criteria. Affiliates will earn a commission for each verified applications completed by customers who have linked to us from your site. Try Loan Online will pay all commissions after the 30th day of the first full calendar month. If a calendar day falls on a non business day, then commissions will be paid the next business day. So remember, whenever your business grows, so will ours. (For that reason, we reserve the right to increase our commission structure for affiliates that have a better than average CTR).
7. Use of Logo and banner images
Try Loan Online will grant your business what we consider light use or a nonexclusive, revocable right to use any of our images and text that we may supply only for marketing purposes. Using our trade material for the purpose of identifying your site as an affiliate partner or to assist in generating sales through the program will be the only acceptable use. You are not allowed to modify our trade name Try Loan Online or any of the material that was designed by our marketing department.
8. Term of the Agreement
The B2B affiliate relationship is strictly at will, and either party has the right to end that relationship without recourse. In the event of separation, written notice is required from either party whom wishes to terminate. After written notice is given, Try Loan Online will ask that you stop the use of our trade name, logo, text, banner ads and any other supplied materials that will bare our trademark. Commissions will still be paid out in accordance to the terms set forth in paragraph (6) for commissions earned prior to the termination of the agreement.
9. Hold Harmless notification
You will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees, court cost) that you may occur as a result of the use of our trademark, graphic images, logos, text or any other form of material in which you use on your site that could bring any form of legal action.
10. Agreement revision
Try Loan Online has the right and can change any part or paragraph of this Agreement at will. The revision of any agreement posted to our site becomes effected the moment it is posted. In the event such a change is unfavorable to you, we will respect your decision to terminate our B2B relationship. However, if you continue our B2B relationship after the revision has been posted, we will consider the new revisions posted to become binding.
11. Affiliate relationship
Try Loan Online calls it B2B partners "Affiliates" but that title in no way grants you a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment between the two B2B parties. No authority is given to affiliates to make or accept any offers on our behalf. You will not make any verbal or written statements sharing our trade name without written permission to the press or on any website other than agreed upon within the terms of this contract.
12. Terms and Condition
By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and that you have read them and truly understand the terms and conditions as they apply.
